The training of guards will be conducted in alignment with the following program:

Pre-employment.

Licensed security guards are expected to have completed the necessary training before being issued a security guard license. Furthermore, before signing a service contract, the guard must be briefed on the following: company policies, rules, and regulations; client policies and rules related to security guards; contract pricing and required salary deductions; as well as other terms and conditions outlined in the employment contract.

In-Service Training.

During their employment, security guards shall have access to security-related training, including but not limited to:

- Mall and food retail security orientation seminar
- Basic Industrial Security & Safety Awareness
- Fire Fighting, Prevention and Control
- Marksmanship and Gun proficiency
- First Aid
- Community and Public Relations
