Herstal Advanced Security Agency Inc. (HASAI) was established in 2018 as Herstal's operations expanded significantly in the Southern Tagalog Region, also known as Region IV-A (CALABARZON). The formation of HASAI was driven by the inclusion of prominent clients in the region, including several SM Malls and the San Miguel Corporation Group.
